incredible location on the lake with the jungle, helpful staff, everything was brand-new. the rooms were fancy and we could park on-site. the great food was a good touch. loved our stay, recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location for our visit to Lago Bacalar, just a short distance from the property. A lot of options and amazing food at the good restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location by the lake was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the transparent kayaks that were free of charge. The size of the rooms was much larger than we expected, and we had a great massage at the spa. The cocktails at the bar were delicious, and the staff was super sweet and welcoming.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We spent Christmas at a great resort with friendly, attentive staff. We were greeted with complimentary champagne and cold towels. the great location offered stunning views of the natural surroundings. the staff was always accommodating and provided us with useful information about the local attractions. We also enjoyed the convenience of having paddleboards and kayaks available for our personal use.

The hotel lacked basic amenities such as a small store for purchasing snacks or souvenirs. Laundry services were also not available, which was inconvenient.

Our stay at this lakeside resort was an enjoyable one. The stunning lagoon was just next to us, giving us a beautiful view. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a well-stocked bathroom, and all the modern facilities we needed. The breakfast buffet was fresh with many options to choose from. Additionally, they had plenty of water activities like paddle-boarding and kayaking.

We noticed very slow service in the restaurant, which could be improved to make the experience even better.

The hotel has a beautiful and calm location outside of the city with stunning views of the nearby lagoon. The facilities are outstanding, including direct access to the water and ample parking options. We really enjoyed the quality and taste of the food as well.

The service we received wasn't quite up to scratch. We had to frequently ask for our room to be cleaned and restocked with amenities, and the restaurant service was slow with limited options for breakfast.

We all had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were fantastic , the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi exceeded our expectations. the garden area was beautiful and perfect for a relaxing stroll. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were top, notch, offering delicious food and cocktails.

Although everything was superb, we faced one minor issue , the service. While the staff was helpful, there were times where the service was slow, and we had to remind them about our requests.
