The standout feature of my stay was the breathtaking lagoon views. The open restaurant had a stunning ambiance, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. I also loved how spacious and beautifully decorated the rooms were, complete with a jacuzzi that elevated our experience.

The view from the room was stunning. We loved the spacious layout with a private bathroom and a terrace. Amenities like the hot tub, cable channels, and a minibar made it so comfy. The outdoor swimming pool was amazing for relaxing. The fitness centre was good for workouts and the couples massage was a delight!

We stayed for three nights, and overall, it felt like a relaxing getaway. The lagoon’s beauty was truly captivating, and we really enjoyed renting the jet-ski for an hour—definitely a highlight! The staff, especially Alex, Manuel, and Carlos, were very accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. While the pool area seemed a bit neglected, the deluxe room was comfortable and had a nice view. We appreciated the food quality in the restaurant, especially the club sandwich!

It was just a good pick for a holiday in Bacalar with best value for money ratio. The bellboy was professional and showed us around the grounds, which set a nice tone for our stay.
